This Easter we have a delicious set Menu for the Easter Weekend (15th and 16th April). You can choose to have a tasting course, a delicious main and dessert, or all 3!. Please advise us when booking if you are Gluten free so we ensure we have enough portions. If you have special dietary requirements please let us know in advance and we will do our best to cater for you.  Below is the set menu for this weekend

+Stuffed Portobello Mushroom w melted organic brie (rennet free), organic red quinoa and white truffle infused oil GF (V Option)

+Potato, Mint and Vegan Parmesan filled Zucchini Flowers w tomato coulis (V, GF Option)

+Beetroot Carpaccio w wild Rocket & vegan parmesan (V, GF Option)

+Seitan roast, rosemary potatoes, roast veggies and gravy V

+Wild Mushroom, kale and potato lasagna w truffle oil

+Blackbean Spaghettini, chili, asparagus, cherry tomato, garlic, beetroot and maple syrup sauceV, GF

 

DESSERT                                                                                     $14 /pp

 your choice of:

+Pinenut vanilla sponge cake w lemon custard (V)

+Maca, cardamom & vanilla mousse, raw chocolate sauce, rosewater compote, pistachio
